Here is a Rum aged 12 months in Burgundy Pinot Noir barrels and blended in St Maurice.
 A powerful attack but not at all aggressive, which leaves room at the end of the mouth for a beautiful roundness. This roundness is brought by the barrels which have undergone a gentle toasting of the staves.
